[GAMEPLAY] Soraka made pantheon unable to cast at all.

Recently in an ARAM I encountered a strange bug where as I attempted to use Pantheon's W (the shield bash jump) soraka landed her silence field on me. Now, this landed just as the jump started, so when I got to Soraka it didn't actually stun her, and following that I couldn't cast any of my other abilities until I died about 15 seconds later. All the targeting reticules showed up and the UI behaved as if I was not silenced, but none of the spells would work. I do not believe I was lagging at all, there was no stuttering of any kind. I don't think this would have affected the outcome of the game anyways, we were far behind by this point, but it still was frustrating!
