Cant Sign into PBE

I accidentally signed out of pbe when i closed it, and now i cant sign back in, i put in my information and it doesnt work, and when i try to recover email or password it only works for my main acc.

Edit: I cant even login to the pbe community Edit: When i try to recover my password it doesnt even send the msg to the email i registered
