[CLIENT?] Okay, Thanks for the leaver Buster

I recently encountered a problem where two games in a row my screen in champ select froze? I guess, It would finish the count down for the person before and make it appear as if the had not locked in, It would reach 0 and stop, then never progress to me, my internet never phased out during and it said I had timeout from pvp.net I'm really kind of frustrated that I now have to wait to Que up cause this was out of my control entirely please if you can see to this and fix it possibly remove the penalty I apologize if this is at all aggressive, I'm a bit of an unhappy camper, please let me know if I can help, no pictures available sorry
