sona 4.20 Aria of Perseverance bug
The self healing portion of Aria of Perseverance is not increasing with spell rank as much as it should. Rank 5 was healing me for 64-87 hp.

Confirmed. From my tests, Sona heals allies for the same amount as the tooltip indicates, but she heals herself for half the base amount and it scales at 1% per 1% of her missing health. That is,
Heal allies: 30/50/70/90/110 + 0.5% per 1% missing health Heal self: 15/25/35/45/55 + 1% per 1% missing health
