I tried it on two accounts and it still stays black. My brother also tried it on his laptop and it still won't load. He's gonna gift me a skin and I need it fixed now lol

Take the hint.
Flush your DNS ("ipconfig /flushdns" in CMD (Windows)). Also, make sure you are using Google's DNS servers (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4).
Once you go black, you never go back
Same thing for me. But then I restarted my client and it works now.

I tried go to Settings - General - Initiate Full Repair. Worked for me, idk if I got lucky or if it acutally fixes the issue, but worth a try for you guys. Or did rito fix it?

its almost September, and i still cant fix the issue... the internet explorer setting fixed it for some people, but i still have the store black (after i did the explorer settings). HALP!!![zombie-nunu-bummed]

I tried it on the new client and old, the old one led to a Error 403 message, that was interesting...
Update: The pre-game chat won't load either. I've tried it just in unranked draft. It's safe to assume that the chat won't work on any other modes either. So now I can't call my role in blind now.
