[Client] Unable to Purchase Champions Despite Having Enough IP

Hi, noticed this on the new client this morning. I have 6345 IP but the client is telling me I dont have enough IP to buy any of the 6300 champions. I was doing it through the store and have had 6345 IP for roughly 12 hours. Pic: [IMG]http://i66.tinypic.com/j9pwfn.png[/IMG]

This happens to me a lot. I've made posts on it but riot doesn't seem to keen to respond to it. What worked for me is to launch the legacy client and make your purchase in there.

Having same issue. I have 3216 IP, but I can't buy 3150 IP champs. I've relogged, and waited about 18 hours since got enough IP.
