Can't connect too game or loading screen (Bug)

I am trying too play a game of league of legends. I get too champ select and if im lucky i can lock in a champ, most of the time i cant lock in. i dont know why. But if i'm able too lock in a champ i still cant connect too the loading screen, Sometimes i can connect too the loading screen but that is if i restart my pc and if i get lucky. Now i have 20 min leaver buster 5 games because of this bug. Riot please help me.
