Help Me! preque bug

Ok, so this problem happens after i select my primary and secondary roles. After i choose them i click the button to Que up, but for the past 2 days it comes up with an error saying to restart the client( which i did i even uninstalled and reinstalled) and its still coming up. ( happens in every game play) I put in a request form for support but all they can say is they do not know when it will be fixed. Nor did they tell me pr try to help me out.
