Rune pages

I am currently having issues when i play where if i click a rune page, edit it and then save it, my page that loads into game is not what i've saved. Its happed to me a couple of times. The most recent time, i tried to play klepto TF for once. I saved my runes I wanted to run, then I go into loading screen with a glacial augment and resolve tree, not even close to klepto. So if anyone can explain how this happens or what I can do, I would greatly appreciate it
