My League of Legends not working

In this link is the screenshot that i am talking about. I open League of Legends and a small screen pops up indicating that its loading to go into the bigger screen and log in but the samll screen never loads or shows that its going to load. I tried reinstalling League more then once and the same thing is happening. I used the Repaire Tool app and reinstalled League more then once and the same thing is happening. I also have ran both apps with "Run as administrator." If anyone can help me , ill appreciate it. Thank you.
