[GAMEPLAY] [CLIENT] -10 Lp.... Is this Intentional?

So I was doing some Solo-Q and to make it short, I dodged because our team was disagreeing with each other and i thought that the enemy team comp beat ours, so I decided to do a favor for everyone on my team and I dodged.

When I came back online, I discovered I had -10 LP from my original 15 LP, is this intentional? If so, why? If not, may someone from Riot please set my LP to 0?

In the bug report, It said to try and reproduce the bug, but i honestly don't want to do it just to dodge, get longer q timers and possibly go into like -100 LP
