Couldn't Remake Game

So very odd occurence (atleast has never happend to me) had a teammate never connect into the game, wasn't worried because we were just going to remake and move on because it happens sometimes. Well for some reason it would not allow us to remake, it just said that there has to be a player not connected to be able to remake the game. Idk if this is a bug or what but he was never connected and ill link a fast forwarded video of the short match. Rip LP (Sorry for no sound)
