Nasus Q animation

If you watch the skin spotlight, Infernal Nasus makes a smashing little symbol and then hits the ground with a mini explosion with his Q, but for me and like in this Brofresco video, the animation does not go off. :3

His particles might not be on the highest setting? maybe?
