Panth Shield Bug w/ Vayne

Panth's E shield doesn't block Vayne's autos as they still accumulate stacks of Silver Bolts. Please fix. That shouldn't be a thing.

PS. This game's balance is trash and so are most of the players' attitudes. Idk why so many people talk sht in this game but Riot and it's d-sucking followers pretend it's fine. You should just make talking sht a part of the game at this point.
