Champion Rework Archives is incorrect

When I wanted to access the archives for reworked champions, I noticed an error. While looking at the patch notes linked for Gangplank, I found that they were the patch notes listed previously for Mordekaiser - and that it was the same link for Fiddlesticks and Alistar. GP, FIddle, and Ali were all supposed to have been released on 04/25/2011, yet they have the notes from 11/01/2010. The same error occurs for Jax and Sivir, with Sivir's patch notes for 11/28/2011 being linked for Jax's patch notes on 01/16/2012. It's not a gigantic issue, and I'm not even sure if I put this in the right place. But I wanted to let Riot know about this.
