[GAMEPLAY] Lux's E Lucent Singularity

Playing on RedTeam as Lux Mid, standard game until (using quick cast) cast E, some animation lag but no animation for E and I cannot recast to detonate for the rest of the game. No cooldown or mana cost but it says 'You cannot cast that right now'. Pretty big bug for such a stable champ like Lux; hope this gets fixed soon
