Can't Authenticate Login in Client

Hi, in both the PBE client and LoL client, when I log in using the correct credentials I get stuck on a authenticating loop. Incorrect credentials are immediately rejected.

The trouble shooting guide recommended in similar posts from a year ago can't be accessed either.

I've had the client attempt to repair itself for corruption and taken basic trouble shooting steps. My internet access is fine from what I can tell. I have no problem accessing Email/facebook/reddit/etc. or this webpage for that matter.

Help would be much appreciated.
