Queue Bug

I was trying to join a Normal Blind Draft game / ARAM game and the estimated timer says around 1:31 minutes, it got all the way to 4:30 so I canceled the queue and it gave me a 10 minutes Queue cancelation timer because it says I have left too many champion select lobbies. Is this a bug with my computer (Mac) or just because of the patch?

same problem and ranked wont even let me select my lane just boots me from queue and im on windows 10

same problem on a windows 10 so its not your mac
