A minor client bug

I logged into the game, and I wanted to play a normal draft game, but then i saw i couldn't because it said i had to be level 3 even tho I'm level 24 currently. That's the case also with draft pick in the Dominion section. Also, I tried posting a picture with it,but it won't upload for some reason, fix that too please.
