Illaoi E is bugged

Although I do not have a clip (technologically challenged) Illaoi has a weird bug where if she grabs a champions soul they can automatically remove the soul by jumping to her( Maokai W, Panth W, Fizz E, etc.). This happens to me maybe two or three times while laning against them so i'm not exactly sure if its because the jump or if it is just a bug that doesn't occur every time. I think this happens because for a brief moment they become untargetable so the soul disappears. Is this suppose to happen or is it a bug? Thank you for listening!
