Masteries wont switch

Whenever I am in the game lobby my masteries dont officially switch and I dont have the option to switch my masteries around. I have to stick with my pre made ones and cannot make any changes, plus I dont even know if im getting the right masteries because it doesnt show whether I do or dont have the right ones.
