[Gameplay] Ryze E Bug

Hello. I recently played Ryze in a ranked game, and noticed a very strange bug. It seems the the entirety of his e is glitched (ie. visual and the effect as well). The E no longer has a bouncing animation of any kind, and it appears as if the spell itself is messed up visually as once it hits the first target, it does not move to any others, and even the initial one look strange. Beyond that, in the description, it says that it will bounce to up to 6 targets before coming back to the original, but in actuality, 90% of the time, it only does damage to one target, and if it does manage to hit another target, it only will hit one other one, dealing a very very small amount of damage. I was on summoners rift, and was using the professor ryze skin if that helps. I think that actually held me back in the game some, as I was expecting it to bounce as it usually had a few times, but it didn't and people got away with low health.
