Being stuck in/on walls in Summoner's Rift?

So, yeah. I don't think the glitch/bug was around in the old summoner's rift. I think it's retarded how sometimes players get stuck permanently or temporarily which results in them getting killed, especially in ranked games.

Has Riot started working on this issue yet? It's been around for a while...
