Bottom tower tier two bug

Was playing Vi in a ranked game, was attempting to destroy bot tier two tower on blue side of map. got stuck on nothing between the wall and turret, and enemy team ended up killing me and pushing 4v5 to our last towers. Costed my life, and possibly the game.
