Client virus embedded in directory

Was told to post this on here. My computer was recently running slow. At that point it was placed in a network infrastructure and Sophos Enterprise UTM discovered unusual network traffic on UDP ports, Along with a Watchguard XTM. Sophos endpoint protection was downloaded to the unit, and found the Salty Virus with a root kit attached in origins of the League of Legends directories and sub directories. This was on a fresh download of the client after it had been updated. After that i did the same to my desktop except wipe league and reinstall it and got the same results.
