[CLIENT] Bug rerolling permanent ward skin (hextech crafting)

So I encountered a bug while rerolling 3 ward shards into a permanent ward skin.
It said I unlocked the ward skin called "**loot_name_ward_skin_16" but I actually didn't unlock any ward skin.
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that 2 out of the 3 rerolled shards were the same (you can see the used shards in the picture).
Is there any possibility to get a refund or something?
