Quinn bug [GAMEPLAY]

Just had a game where i used ultimate with Quinn and all of the sudden ulti icon lost it's graphic and tip said : No skill found. Also bird form didn't end for the rest of the game. I tried to execute twice, i died couple of times, I tried to reconnect. Nothing worked. I was in bird form for the rest of the game. Support was Tahm and he ate me while i was in bird form. I already seen someone reported that.
