Sylas bug????
so i was in this urf game, and the enemy team had a sylas where when lvl 6 he got shivanna's ult permanently, i really mean it he went from lvl 6 to 9+ with shivs ult spamming the same ability over and over. perma till he dies, when he dies he stole again, her ult and kept going the same thing all game long
totally legit gameplay when he was in shivs form 95% of time
