[GAMEPLAY] Rek'Sai dying while tunneling.

After a gank gone wrong this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5GhPXAq6Ai4 bug happened, only 1 entrance of the tunnel spawned, and standing on it did not despawn/collapse the tunnel. Several times during the game we noticed that the Rek'sai would indeed ult to in, including one time where I had standing on the tunnel trying to take a screenshot of it.

Forgot to mention, there's a fair amount of use of words like fucking in the video.
