Unable to Connect to PvP.net server

I found a couple of threads related to this but they were a few months old and there was no clear solution to it except Riot saying they resolved the bug.

Yep. Getting the same thing. So is my son on his account and PC. Had problem this morning, waited awhile, was able to log in and play one game, Left for a few hours. Been trying to log in for 2 hours. Finally sent a ticket in. Don't expect a fast response.

PS, I did all the recommended fixes as well.

same here tried alternatives suggested in other boards like disabling ip helper with no success
