After 4.21 League of Legends Client Slow and Non-Responsive.

Since the 4.21 update my League of Legends client has been extremely slow when i try to log in, enter the store, or look at my player profile. Often times the store will just show a black screen, I will be unable to log in and have to restart the client, and when i try to queue up it will load for a long time with nothing happening until I click cancel and retry. I have tried resetting my Internet Explorer settings which seems to be the only answer that I can find online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same thing happened to me, but I got frame rate drop in my games. I am usually at 60 frames, but however, my frames dropped to about 20. I'm trying to fix it by re-downloading, and the download client is extremely slow and gets stuck, so I have to restart. I guess the Rito gods don't want me playing League :
