[CLIENT] The report a bug button sends to PBE report a bug

In the new LoL client, the report a bug button at the bottom right of the client leads you to the PBE report a bug page. Because it is the PBE page, it is impossible to report a bug if you do not own a PBE account. The bug happens 100% of the time and can be reproduced by just clicking it.

Read again, the url is not pbe but it is pbr. If I had to guess, that is an acronym for "public bug report" or "public beta report". Either way, it is the correct form as far as I can see.
