Promo Game Loss Counted Twice

Hi there, I was just in a promo series from Bronze I to Silver V. I won the first game but lost the second. Upon losing the second game I noticed 2 red X's/defeats instead of 1 in my promo progress bar. I thought it was just a visual glitch and continued playing, subsequently winning the 3rd game and losing the 4th. However, upon losing the 4th game I received the "Failed to complete series" message which meant that the 2nd loss did indeed double count. A quick look at my match history will prove this, as I only have 2 losses in my past 6 games. Thanks in advance for the help!
