Ziggs bombs invisible

Recently played a ranked game, and mid-way through, our team noticed that our teammates Ziggs bombs were invisible and you could only see the particle effects (pool party water splashes). We ended up winning, and our Ziggs tried disconnecting to try to fix it, it felt like a really dirty way to win due to the enemy not being able to properly dodge his main damage sources (Q/R)
