(Gameplay) Can see enemy pings (video)

As shown in the video, there's an "On The Way" ping, but there's no name or pathing from an allied champion. Shortly after, Nunu shows up so I assume he was pinging so Brand knew he was coming in for a gank. I've found it usually only happens with junglers (possibly smite glitch?) because there'll be a random, empty ping and then the enemy jungler will show up at that same spot.

This isn't the first time this has happened to me, but it only happens with On My Way pings. I have no ways of replicating it sadly, it just happens at random.
