Problem with achieving chest after getting and S- with Veigar and S with Fiora

So a few days ago i palyed a game with Fiora and achieved an S grade and got no chest.I tought it was some kind of a problem riot would fix and i would get my chest a bit later.But now i played a game with Veigar just a few minutes ago achieving S- and again getting no chest??!!?

And when i go to Collection-Champions it says that the chest is acquired
