Client refuses to update itself. [CLIENT]

Every time there is a new update for league, I open my client to this: Click for image and then soon after, it becomes this: Click for image

And after about an hour last week I just reinstalled league entirely. What should I do? I love this game and have been playing it for a while, and I don't want a bug like this to ruin it for me.
