Downloading Problems - 2018 Mac

Hi there,

So I was about to play a game. It wasn't my first game of the day, more like my third. As the game was loading, my screen went white. I couldn't reconnect back to the game, yet my connection to the internet was absolutely fine. I received a leaver buster for this.

I then tried again, same white screen, different match. This then lead me to uninstalling league in hope it'd be fine if I reinstalled the game. I downloaded the game and the first part was fine, loading up the client. However, my KBS falls to 0 every time it tries to download, and the download, no matter the percentage it's on 2% or 7%, jumps back to 0% and the scanning process restarts. This happened at least 10 times.

I then read somewhere that updating my Mac could potentially resolve the issue. Nothing.

I am a loyal consumer to league of legends. I've been playing for over 6 years. I have never experienced anything so problematic like this and it's seriously putting me off the game. I have spent HOURS online trying to find a solution but RIOT haven't given me any form of help. I have spent over £400 on this game throughout the years and I expect to receive some form of loyalty in return.

I should like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible because I am honestly considering just quitting altogether. RIOT don't really care about their gamers, the people who keep them in jobs, and there is NEVER any good advice when problems strike.

I shall be checking this post frequently throughout the week and if this issue isn't resolved, I will just have to find another game where the creators and support teams actually care about their CUSTOMERS.
