Bug - Inability to Chat or Ping, Constant Tabbing Out

So, during my past two games I have been unable to ping and unable to chat, which, in a game where communication is key is pure torture, especially if a teammate is getting relentlessly harassed for doing nothing, and you want to tell the people harassing them to stop. Along with this, whenever I right click, it makes a drop down window, similar to that which appears when you right click pretty much anywhere, appear in the location of the click, which not only blocks the screen, but tabs you out of the game if you click on it again. I have restarted my client and tried to reconnect to the games, and the problem has persisted. Thanks, -ElementiDragon
