Took 10 LP away from me

So a glitch happened while I was in champ select and wouldn't let me ban a champion. I was able to communicate through chat to my teammates, yet I wasn't able to select any champion to ban. So I go to log back into the client because it froze on me during that situation, and I see you took away 10 LP from me for dodging??

I'm not expecting you to give me my LP back, but clearly this was on your end, so I hope you fix this so others don't get LP taken away from them unfairly, and I do not have to encounter this again.
