White mouse border bug

Middle of a game, every few or so, my mouse suddenly has a white border and I cant click any minions or anything else you can click. I can still move it around and use my spells, but thats it. Only way I found to solve this is to reset my game, and the times i do that we usually lsoe because I have to be d/c and come back which takes some time.
