Yi targetable during Alpha Strike?

So, obviously the devourer meta has been pretty big lately, and we've all probably abused a few picks. But while playing Yi today, I've noticed this about 7-8 different times today. I've gotten thresh hooked, DURING the alpha, after cast time, obviously. If anyone else can reproduce this, please let me know.
