GAME FAILURE!

Not sure if this is the right place to post this or not as i usually don't however for some reason I've had to re-download my league of legends and ad 62% my download speed has gone to 0 and the download has stopped. this isn't the first time this has happened to me and the last time I did it every time I downloaded the game it chewed through my data. I do not want to keep closing and re-downloading, is there anyway I can start it off from where it has stopped? And if not how will i be compensated for wasting my time/internet because there is obviously an issue with your client download.
