Soraka reaper skin bug

I've got an error with Soraka reaper skin. when I select the skin there is a pop-up message that says "There has been an error with your purchase. Please try again later. if you continue to see this error, please contact player support" . I've tried again and it still shows me the same message. P.s: the above link have a screen shots for the skin and the message.
