Can't use ALT for Discord ptt

I apologize in advance if this isn't the correct section to ask this.

I use ALT as my push-to-talk in Discord. However, holding down ALT removes my ability to move or click on anything. I've gone through every keybinding and removed anything that uses ALT to no avail. Tried closing Discord and anything else that uses the key as well as looking through the PersistedSettings.json file.

I've searched everywhere and only have seen one other person complain about it and the thread did not have a solution.
