Shop Error?

Essentially when i open shop i just get a screen with no picture but i still have borders. i can see thing but i cant buy them with ip or anything its like it isn't even acknowledging im clicking. it just sits their. havnt been able to buy runes or anything for a long time now since this keeps happening. i just open shop and its says filter_tag_(insert rune type) all down the side. and i can see the rune boxes outlined but i can see the pictures and it let me click them. Have no idea what to do this happened after season 6 started, adn was hoping it was just a general bug.
