[CLIENT] Aram Rerolls

Since the last patch, I keep getting a bug where I have 2 rerolls for ARAM, then someone else leaves the queue and when I enter a new game, I suddenly have one reroll instead of my 2. I did NOT use my rerolls during the leaves (this is the 3rd time it happens) and I just joined a new game while still waiting in queue. Its very annoying that I save up for 2 and then I only have one because the client bugs out. Hope you can fix this. So in steps:

Login Create game (with or without friends doesn't matter, I tried both) Enter ARAM lobby and get a random champ. Person leaves. I stay in queue and then get a new invite for a new lobby. I enter the lobby and instead of 2 rerolls I now have 1.
