Redeemed a Skin but it Didn't Unlock

Hello again...

I just redeemed a token for Captain Gangplank. The Skin Shard is gone, my orange essence was consumed (removing Scurvy), but the skin was never added to my inventory. I'm aware of the bug fix happening on the Skins page, but I'm not sure if this is related to that issue.

Update: I still need a response on this issue.
