loading screen didnt poped up

Today i startet a game and every thing was normal, but when the loading screen should pop up nothing happend. I waited around 5 minutes. Even new starting didnt helped. I just get a afk buster. I have too say it realy stoped the fun the fun, because now i have to play 5 with lower priority qeue and i didnt do anything.
