Darius when he kills someone with his ult it dosen't go on cool down? and it doesn't go on cooldown unless u dont kill someone with it

......If he gets a kill his ult it back up and he is refunded mana, if he gets another kill with it then he gets it back and mana...etc...etc until penta or there are no champs around then it will go on cooldown after a certain amount of time not being used/no champ kill...the more you know.
I main darius and if you get 1 kill with the ult, it stays up for 20 secs, if you get a second kill with it, resets again and diminishes the cooldown if you dont kill another person, if you kill a third it lowers the cooldown again until u penta where it doesnt go on cooldown if u have a penta.
